Art From Debris is a podcast hosted by long-time friends Brad Everett & Jeremy Stephens where they navigate conversations on race, culture, and Jesus. They share lessons from two decades of friendship and ministry work with InterVarsity and the Underground Network. They aren’t experts, they are just learning how Jesus makes art from our life's debris. This podcast is for those trying to live with active and just faith where disciples are made, communities are transformed, and God is glorified.

Meet the Hosts

Jeremy

Jeremy Stephens is one of the founding leaders of Tampa Underground, a gospel-centered ecclesiological network that’s home to over 100 microchurches (small missional communities) in the Tampa Bay area and 15 city-wide sister movements across the world. Currently, Jeremy is the director of the Underground’s International Department. He previously has been a missionary with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and the Associate Director for the Underground in Tampa. Jeremy resides in the inner-city of Tampa with 4 kids and one wife.

Brad

Brad Everett is a Regional Director for InterVarsity/USA, overseeing InterVarsity/USA’s Southeast Region, leading strategic ministry in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and the panhandle of Florida. The Region is currently serving over 1000 students on 40+ campuses. He also serves as a national liaison for InterVarsity’s Black Campus Ministries.
